Comments: This cigar is from Rocky Patel. As with other Rocky Patel products, I found this to be at least a decent cigar. The veiny but attractive wrapper covered what appeared to be a well constructed cigar. As the cigar burned though, I found that the burn was somewhat uneven and toward the middle of the stick it tended to tunnel. A couple of corrective burns enabled me to realize nevertheless, an overall enjoyable smoke. The ash was a medium gray and a bit flaky though it would hold to about an inch. The Nicaraguan tobaccos overpowered the Honduran side of the smoke, producing a full-bodied flavor of spiced cedar and espresso with undertones of sweet cream. Definitely worth every cent of $4.90...
History: (From Perelman's Pocket Cyclopedia of Cigars, 2006) A full-bodied cigar introduced in 2005, this blend features a Corojo wrapper. It's offered in boxes of 20. Handmade in Danli, Honduras.
